Hence you have a view which is not representative of the whole…you are Obv not into it yourself..so it's not a bad thing Like just uneducated about that subject I meant..not in general in case it read like that

I need to lose weight. I've gone up two suit sizes. I hate the gym, especially running….

I tried the cayenne pepper maple syrup diet but after two weeks I felt ill and was getting fed up of carrying around an Evian bottle with yellow piss looking liquid. What is the starting point/entry level to being fitter ?

Keto. Tasty as fuck, no blood sugar craziness = no cravings, and you'll drop a stone in a month if you do it right

I'm not convinced by this keto diet, no carbs and bad breath.

I think the problem is my lunch, ever since I started buying those m&s sandwiches daily. I tend to eat out or buy that sort of meal deal £4 junk.

I have but persistent niggling injuries always provide me with a convenient excuse.

To keep my Squat where it needs to be, I need to squat a lot. Squatting a lot, as a low bar squatter, puts a lot of strain on my bicep tendons which flares up my tendonitis, making bench next to impossible so the bench takes a dip.. Catch 22 (although I fully acknowledge that 90% of powerlifters have similar issues but compete anyways!).

TLDR version - I just need to man up.

I'd be competing in a GPC meet also, only UK federation as far as I know that has a 'raw with wraps' rule (as with anything >140kg I throw on wraps).

I'm planning on dieting Jan through to March or so. There is usually a Scottish GBP meet around April so perhaps if I can get down to sub 165lbs, I could complete in that weight class and be relatively competitive. We will see, and, if I do, I'll let you guys know. Laughing out loud
