I am indeed mate, more of a coach like, as PT doesn't necessarily mean any level of knowledge or even fitness these days Laughing out loud

14 weeks out again and heading for first BB outing this time!

Aiming for classic and or novice depending on how it looks coming in.

Nabba Glenrothes 15/04 and PCA the main show 22/04. May consider UKBFF but it's June this year.

Stats sitting around 206lb and at a guesstimate 15% bodyfat. No cardio in yet and still 400g carbs on training day. Managed to stay fairly lean in the off season

Good stuff mate. What's your height?

I'll be dieting down for around the same period of time. No show for me but I'm going to be getting within striking distance of being lean enough.

Be sure to throw pictures up as things progress!

179 cm or close to it. I stuck some pics up of last effort but have hopefully added some mass over the course of the past 18 months or so. See if photobucket behaves

Why no show? Not fancy it? You dieting for hols?

Looking very solid mate! I remember your old photos and from what I remember you've certainly added good size. Looking forward to seeing updates.

Just don't have the size mate and not really interested in putting it on. I'd like to get to sub-165ish and see how much strength I can hold onto, whilst being very lean. (Also have Vegas and Spain this year so it wouldn't hurt to look less like the Michelin man Laughing out loud )

Cheers fella just need to chip away over next 13 weeks at the fat and hopefully the muscle hangs around!

Won't post many on the way in I don't think mate.

Good luck with the getting leaner. Strength doesn't mecessarily need to go but that can depend on how much you come down I guess

@SM I do progress pics for my weekly check in but don't usually post them. I stick a few up here and there to monitor progress over a year etc

Lost my appetite recently, and thus gym sessions haven't been what they should be. But current condition, abs starting to come in, think I'm about 86-87kg

One thing I'm struggling with. My left shoulder is constantly compensating for my weaker left pec and biceptricep, so I have some unbalances. It's so hard not to engage my shoulder.

just focus on some accessory movements to bring it up or drop the weight so your shoulder doesn't compensate

Started to hit the gym again after a year out due to a wrist fracture. Anywhere people recommend getting whey protein, supplements etc.? Used to get them from Protein Works but wiling to try somewhere new. Only provisio is I'd like the whey protein to be palatable please Smiling

EDIT: I realise actual food is a better source but it's not always feasible due to my work.

My protein. Chocolate brownie protein is very good. Oddly enough they have about 30 variations on the chocolate flavour - some of them are ideal - some of them are shocking.
