You hold exactly your weight in the exact opposite places as me - jealous.
Upper from the front looks 'in' (certainly for 8 weeks out). Still carrying in the lower back ever so slightly?

What are you looking for in particular?
A set meal plan isn't really sustainable for any length of time without getting bored (unless you change it up frequently)..

Kind words thank you ScottishMark. Kinda broke form plan yesterday but enforced due to emergency.
Back on today and will push on not too much damage done in a day hopefully.
I do think though that meal plans - certainly initially are easier to be implemented. Then work with people to help them sustain themselves.

Im already struggling SM. The cloudiness that you get from being depleted but I am on 3100 calories on a training day and just 30 mins cardio I have no right to even complain at all!
I totally agree with what you are saying but what I am sayin is a set meal plan can allow someone a starting point then you can work with people to introduce foods that you can substitute and values etc
You are right the monotony of steak/chicken/eggs/oats for 99% will easily become untenable but with some discussion and explaining then people can make good choices and learn to control their own food sources. If you are stuck in work there are plenty of get outs that you can make available almost like an "emergency" chest. I travel loads and it often happens to me

Well I'm back on it, no six pack challenge but ive lost 7kg in as many weeks since joining the gym, don't get me wrong I had it to loose so no real achevment but I'm happy with it. I want to try shift another 10 kilo by end of July .

Any advice on resources for routines? Currently doing a bastardised frankie ny routine as I had limited access/time to a gym. Looking for a new A/B routine or 3 day split.. prefer an alternating routine as i can't guarantee days I go…
