Nice Burt. I was close getting one but I went with a assault bike instead because of space restrictions

Also do any of you wear a lifting belt looking to get one any recommendations?

very hard to find, especially that don't look like a skirt. I use these, old stock now, but come up on ebay regularly if you search the model number. Go tts:

Could have a look at TCA, gear, 74 - their stuff is decent and reasonably priced. 15% off for new users too.

They look decent Burt but they all have an 8 inch inseam, apart from 1 pair that are 6 inch and they don't have zip pockets typical Laughing out loud

Same for those Davinho 8inch inseam

R those look alright for running but couldn't wear them in the gym

Idealy I want a 5 inch inseam but could get away with 4 or 6

Worth the price? Do you need to glue them down?

Stall mats are best imo, had them about 7 years, they weigh a ton and dont move around and theyre not stuck together in small pieces, usually come in like 6 x 4ft single pieces.

Anybody torn a pec before? I did mine around 9 weeks ago and I’m trying to weigh up how likely surgery is whilst waiting for an MRI scan.

Was doing 100kg weighted dips when I did it, so quite a bad tear, but it feels like some tendons are still attached (even after 9 weeks it looks fucked up and completely out of position lol).

Instantly think of Scott Mendelson when I hear pec tear.

Happened to a friend of a friend, and he was 18 months to full recovery.
Apparently depends on the ‘grade’ of the tear which will determine whether or not you’ll need surgery.

Hope it turns out ok!
