Well it would be a bad idea if you arent a serious and want to cut rather than bulk, as roids you want to see strength gains which isnt like to happen when cutting. I will still be using all my supplements Smiling

Wrong and right I guess… Supplements dont = big muscles… they will increase strength gains and lower recovery times. I would say I am pretty strong for my build and yeah all my muscles are all well defined… apart from my stomach is is only toned! thats why I am doing this Smiling

i feel like a fat bastard after looking at this thread :o I'm not fat but i'm not naturally slim, even if i lost more weight i think i'd still feel "bulky"…I'm not gonna join in on the internet because i'm not brave enough to take a photo of my torso and share it with the world, but i'll play along at home.

Ok here is how I see it working.
We obviously have alot of people who seem to have a decent six pack already. wan$ers.

So we can setup up a photo / progress report on

APRIL 30th
and then the finale on MAY 31st.

So between now and then we can all try and cut up a bit more, or try to shed that bit more for the summer, depending on your personal goal.

The winner if there were to be one is everyone for taking part - arrr!
But really we could have..
The best 6 pack award.
The best progress made award.
