20 questions eh! Laughing out loud

I bought this both times http://www.myprotein.co.uk/mp-max/whey-protein/whey-protein-(5lb)/

chocolate was really nice, vanilla was disgusting Laughing out loud

I think they all taste disgusting at first, but you start to like them after awhile!

I have this http://monstersupplements.com/store/p/782/1/PhD-Nutrition-Pharma-Whey—5lb-/-2.27kg-+-FREE-SHAKER-CUP.html in Chocolate Cookie. I used to HATE the taste, but by the end of my first tub I really liked it haha.

I use myprotein. Just buy the 10lb unflavoured stuff then stick in a blender with some milk and a banana and some splenda. Tastes good.

I want to start building myself up for the summer, muscle/size (no homo) gain. I already exercise regularly by cycling, playing sports e.g. football, swimming etc. to keep fit, I do free weight's occassionally, say a few times a week give or take. However, I've decided I want to bulk up more and get a better physique. I eat a lot, and have a well balanced diet, eating a fair amount of protein. What could I do to build my body up more? Is there any food I should up my intake of? What supplements would help?

i got too big so i have calmed down now which is perfect. I lost a stone and half through drugs, drink and cigs - which means my muslces poke out more. i have big arms now with a slim frame - what i have always wanted.

When i worked out i got a belly due to the milk in protein shakes, when notiicing this i switched to water and protein,
. i didnt work hard enough on my abs, hence the belly. It is VERY hard to keep a proper lifestyle whilst getting serious when working out.

Sarny, no-one will stick to this - its up to you mate - i haven't seen any progress photos since this thread started.

you wreckon you could pack in the booze and fags for 4 months?

dont smoke and only a weekend drinker really, guess the couple of nights down the pub during the week may be a problem….what weight exercises and regularity did u do Famez?

Yeah milk in protein shake also means it takes longer to digest and absorb.

Would only make a difference if your at competing level and the rest of your diet was totally controlled down to the last calorie (which I doubt anyone here will be doing).

dont bother with it, keep your life and your mates and do stuff and dont end up a prick who talks about supplements all the time cos then even your closest breds will start to hate you mate.

Is 2lbs a week the correct amount of weight you should look to lose when doing cardio?
