nah,my job is pretty different. sivil enigneers arnt in general very healty, maine. lol.

the most important tip to getting lean is giving your body a continious flow of nutrition. at least 5 meals a day. keep eating that tunafish.
if you really want to get into a proper summer body, you should quit eating carbs after 18:00, cause your activity level naturally decreases in the evening. so a box of tuna before bedtime is perfect. stimulates new muscle growth and triggers testosterone which is our bodys fatburning hormone.

Ok just eat a bowl of tuna as i just got back from the gym.
Man it was dull on its own, I really really want something sweet for some reason Sad

Police get me those meal receipes we spoke about and I will stuck them on here. Or you do it straight here if u can.

not according to police its too late for them.
I think its the theory of cutting , if I wanted to BEEF up then sure.

But to be honest I was at the gym and saw the BEEFCAKES and though you look fing shit son! Over the top in size and NO definition.

I dont want that, I want toned muscle with a bit of size but cut to fuck.

Police has it nailed.If you saw him out you wouldnt think lives in a gym infact he would just have a good figure under a T shirt. I hate man tits ,tree trunk arms and just a bulge where the stomach goes.

One thing bothers me, you must be a sunbed queen though? as you only get about 2 hours of sunshine a day up there and thats behind a snow cloud?

The point you are missing is the guy has never put an once of fat onto his body in his life, same as all the other guys here that are mega ripped up. Once you get a layer on there, getting it off is incredible hard work. They were thin and not so muscled and lean when young then put on muscle and not fat as they worked out.

I've been fat, then tried to cut back like that, and ive never been able to do it. Even when I was running over 50 miles per week marathon training i still wasn't as cut as that.

The body wants a small layer of fat over it, as it is a healthy natural state to be in. To get as lean as that, you are depeleting the bodys natural levels so low its desperate to get back to normal, hance the need to eat very small meals often to prevent it putting it on immediately. Once you got a layer of fat, convincing the body to give it up and go down to danger levels is super tough. Good luck on your challenge!

Reality check! The best results you will achieve is more "esoteric" levels at the very best, and were talking a year or more here.

Just concentrate on building up some shape by building some muscles up underneath.

Getting ripped up like that aint going to happen without massive muscle mass underneath to get your metabolic rate upto a crazy level. Then zero fat for ever to convice your body to shred is lifeline.
