Thinking about opeing an account with one of the online bookies, anyone any recommendations? preferably one with a free bet to entice u!
Want it solely for sport/football bets, don't play poker or casino games etc.
Is coral any good?

ok what to do, i dont really follow rugby, but i have got into it lately. But i stand to win 1200 quid if england win the world cup, and break even if anyother team wins.
So do it ride it , or sell it off and lock in a £100 profit no matter who wins?

How do you do that, i understand you have made several bets at different odds…but how do you lock in the £100? I dont know is £100 that much to you right now, if so, lock it in.

11/1 on your money though…..England have a chance, worse odds than 11/1 anyway.

greening out means you're a trader and traders win.
otherwise you're a gambler, and gamblers lose sometimes.

Its on betfair, put simply you can bet that england will not win, so if i offer 9/1 and someone thinks they will win and I take £100 of someone then if they win i win my 1200 but owe 900 = 300 profit, but if they dont win i lose my 1200 of course but my customer loses his £100 to me.
Whenever i start to explain this i always think its sounding simple, but by the end it sounds complicated again

well are the odds a fair reflection of englands chances? i mean they won in 2003 right?! I think they can beat argies, could beat the french?? south africa tough? i have never seen the later two play.

decided i am going to let it ride

figure £100 is a £100, but 1 grand does alot more.
besides we get to the finals, i may sell it then at lower odds.

May be a stupid question but when using Labrokes, it offers to print of the betting slip when you have placed the bet, could this be taken into a ladbrokes shop to be cashed or is it just for your own record etc
