Saw Temples in Paris with Toy, Stealing Sheep and Charlie Boyer and I totally agree. Toy are the only band of those four that despite being in the wrong decade manage to justify their existence with a quality live show.

MS MR tonight in Shepards Bush. Listening to them for the first time now. Not overly convinced by their sound but it's free so might be worth the tube fare…

Anyone been to the Prince gigs? Mate in London went tonight, queued since this morning. Prince ordered milkshakes from The Diner for shitloads of them who were queueing. Only cost an Ayrton to get in, said it was incredible. He let a crowd in at 8, played for 2 hours, that crowd left, and let another lot in at 10:30 for a second show.

Didn't even sell out, flogging 10 pound tickets by the end Laughing out loud . Lot of Londoners feeling like mugs today I'm thinking.

I'm a huge Prince fan but fuck queuing like an arsehole all day with no guarantee that you're gonna get entry. I'd rather pay 100 quid and show up with a ticket in my hand.

It's just a bullshit ego-trip for Prince.

Skipped UNKLE having seen him/them a quite bit between 2008 & 2009. Picked up some tix for Harvey instead. That will be a show.

Yeah Harvey sold out first of all and fast- you'll have to keep watch on eBay. Was fortunate to grab mine in advance through a Southbank member. Looking forward to it all though. Quite tempted to pick up some ESG tickets too.

Exactly why I thought I'd grab them before thinking about anything else.

Let me southbank membership lapse last year Evil
