Yeah, I read that a while ago but still thought it was odd to splash (presumably) that much on a location like that. I know it's easier to spend other people's money but a location with slightly cheaper rent might've been a good idea.

Delighted to hear that. I'm through in Edinburgh and the shopping is embarrassingly shite.

The old Aspecto unit on Ingram street. Opens mid-December.

I went to 18 Montrose and End for the first time last week. I thought 18 Montrose was great - friendly staff and some decent items in the sale. End seemed to have too many staff working and just didn't have as nice a feel. I didn't see any Engineered Garments stuff either (might have missed it). Both are great additions to the central belt in Scotland though.

18montrose have stopped selling engineered garments as they're only allowed to sell in store and all their sales for it were online. Not sure if End will bother getting it instore…maybe for the same reason.

Only gripe with 18 Montrose is they only stock a fraction of their online content. Same with end, but kind of expected that.

End shop it pretty shit imo.

Looks good, but because they stock so many brands they dont have enough.

18 Montrose stocks a fraction of their online stock, but at least they have more than 2 t-shirts and a sweater of any given brand.

I went through to End and 18 Montrose last week. Both shit. Both stores seemed geared towards 18 year old football "bois".
