If it ain't broke…

That's what I'm worried about. But I think it's time.

Definitely looks like it could benefit from a repot. Just try to do it as carefully as possible.

And as tempting as it might be to loosen up some of the roots, I'd just let it stretch out when it's in the bigger pot. They can go into shock which I'm sure is what happened to mine - I tried to loosen things up a bit too much I think.

Double the size at min, they need to drain and bottom water if you can.

Looked into this and they require nodes to root, maybe one out of the three so have planted the sucker in some soil.

Yep, I'm going to take it to the local plant shop, they said they'd do it for me. I don't trust myself with it. Just hope it fits in the Jimny …

When I propagate my pothos or monstera, I always just leave the nodes sitting in water which I change every couple of days. Once they start to root, I move them into soil. I've got so many pothos (pothi?) now it's becoming a problem.

Also related to the other advice I was asking but seeing different things online about cats and houseplants. Seeing a lot of conflicting things online about toxicity. Do I need to get rid of anything or is it just a case of if they eat anything they'll learn a lesson and not do it again.

Mine eats palms anything with long thin grass like leaves then throws it up (like grass), so we don't buy them any more, it doesn't bother with any of the others.
