It's no big secret just not exciting at all
I design aluminium building systems ie windows, doors, curtain walling and associated components. It's one of those components I've designed which we think will be a big hit and is likely to be copied.

my surround sound turned up and my dad moaned at me for spending £250 on it… can't buy anything of value.. whats wrong with the £30 one downstairs he says.
he even moaned at my mum when they went to pizza express because she got added chicken on her pizza and it brought the cost to over a tenner for both of them…
feel shady about buying anything now online cos he will be moaning when it turns up. all my other mates dads would be jealous and buzzing at the same time that i've got a topper surround turn up and would be fighting their sons to set it up and listen to it

I've got tonsilitis and it's really fucking painful. Taken Nurofen, gargled salt water, used a cloraseptic throat spray but NOTHING will ease the pain!
Have to wait until Monday to see the doctor! Wish I had some hardcore painkillers in the house… or some cocaine. Haha.

Couple of days old now but mobile phone companies yet again.
When my Mum visited I helped her get set up with a contract mobile as she'd just used PAYG before, which seems a waste with a good credit rating. She took a £14 a month tariff, but now they've introduced an £8.50 a month one.
Got her to ring up to change her tariff and she got all kinds of bullshit from the monkey on the phone, "not sure we can do that…have to get a new mumber…need to speak to my supervisor", she told me this so I asked here to ring again and say the same thing and lo and behold they just did it straight away, kept her number, new tariff, no problem at all.
Why the fuck can't they just do it the first time you call instead of making you fuck about to do the most basic thing?
