The thing is that you know your own capabilities so why make yourself look a tit by getting into the section thats way above your ability, who do they think they will impress by doing it ?
I know I can't run any faster than 10km/h so I don't get on the tredmill and start it at 12Km/h just incase anyone is looking.

this is so minor its untrue but the size of the ebay message box really fucks me off, its tiny and you have to scroll up to read what you just wrote, it shows you about 3 lines and also the rest of the page is empty so they could make it bigger
