it is getting a bit silly that anything worthwhile is a raffle or instant sell out / resell

Gets me every time. 2017 is the worst year for being able to get anything at all online. It's only going to get worse.

Raffles for shoes. Touts buying every single ticket to a show to re-sell at quadruple the price. Fucks me off in the biggest way possible Evil I remember being able to pick up tickets to a show a week after they went on sale.

Park up on a road during the school run which is a dead end. I drive up to the end of the road (road's gotta be about 600 yards in length) where there's a turning area and then drive back down the road and park up.

The majority of people can't be fucked to drive up 'n down so use the various driveways of the road's inhabitants to turn around in. Fucks me off and it aint even my driveway(s). Such a fucking cheek.

Are they actually going on residents driveways or just using the pavement in front of the driveway? I see no issue in using the pavement but actually driving on to someone's driveway is a whole different story.

Driveway(s) - agreed, pavement wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Overweight Mum's in their fucking 4x4 Audi's nailing some poor bastards block paving twice a day.

Have to agree.
Workers rushing to get thru the que's of "stay at home" parents organising there first coffee break of the day.
Our village's primary school on a morning (afternoon not so much) has become a complete nightmare. Always the people rocking up late parking on zigzags, blocking peoples driveways….Without stereotyping too much - always seems to be the younger parents not being able to organise themselves accordingly, lasses in there PJ's dropping off in said audi4x4's to busy talking on there mobiles to watch the kids over the road etc.

Was listening to an interesting podcast about this the other day. Had a tout insider saying that because artists don't wanna be seen to be fleecing their fans for 80 quid a ticket, they collude with the venue to buy up a whole bunch of tickets themselves to sell on the secondary market for multiples of face value.

Makes sense really.

proper pricks claiming something was wrong with eBay items so they can save £3 on return postage. shameless.

"Unfortunately,It s not helpful response to resolve this issue. Now, I am going to contact Ebay team and Consumer Rights Gtoups for the assistance on this issue.

Definately, your jacket is not as described as your Ad.I am also Ebayer.I bought & Sold so many things through the Ebay from many many years.I know exactly how it works and what are the rules and regulations.I am not stupid enough to go against the law.Don t force me and don t try to make me wrong mate.I had approach with you very nice way. But, you are not cooperating equally.

This is my very final approach, I still want to resolve this issue nice way without rocking any boat. But, if you force me and continue to refuse to pay return postage or supply return label, then I have to choose diffirent way to claw back my money."

Buying a fucking house, how hard can it be?

Sold our house 6 months ago and put everything in storage so we were chain-free and in the best possible position. Ported our mortgage so it's just sitting there waiting to be applied to a new place, nice load of equity in the bank. We're the perfect buyers.

Lost our 3rd place today after our offer was accepted 2 months ago - 'the vendor's decided today they don't actually want to move'

my process went pretty smoothly (first time buyer), but there are so many different inept parties it makes it infuriating.

My colleague was buying a house from a family who were emigrating to the States.

The family's solicitor dropped a massive bollock and accidently included him in a email chain which mentioned that they would have to pay 30k extra tax if the sale wasn't completed and funds moved to the US by a certain date.

Obviously he immediately dropped his offer by 20k and they were forced to accept. Cunt Laughing out loud

Move to Scotland. Once the offer's accepted here there's no backing out.

Within an hour of listing an item on eBay on a 7-day auction I'm receiving bids that are 2/3rds of the starting price.

Are people fucking retarded? Why would I consider a low ball offer at the beginning of the auction?
