@Swede yeah I’ve sold quite a bit recently but get at least 20 messages a day with ridiculous offers. Or the usual “lowest price”.

Some people are really petty as well - Sometimes haggling over £2.

Don’t think I have ever replied to any message along the lines of “what is your best price”, “what is the lowest you will take” etc.

in the midst of transferring freehold/management company from developer to property owners (6 properties; share of freehold). i have been orchestrating all the paper work with developer's solicitors and getting everything signed by all parties alongside independent witness etc…. a right faf. scan the docs for safekeeping then post them signed for 1st class to the solicitor

2 weeks later no sign of them… tracking just shows them being handed to my post office

seething as it is such a faf sorting all the millions of signatures. complete waste of time
