its too big, got a size small coming - which i still think will be too big going by this one, they fit massive… Sad

Still not got my stuff that I ordered on the 8th. Took them a week to send out and they're using Hermes-Europe, who are a farce!

If you sign in to 'My H&M' there should be an option to click on your order and track the parcel.

Just as I was typing this, a DPD van drove down my street, so I thought it was here, then it turned round and drove back out. Didn't even stop to do a drop Puzzled

h&m website deliveries are the worst in the world BUT if you wanna be pikey there's no tracking and you can claim a refund quite easy. I've had to do it a couple of times when stuff hasn't(genuinely) turned up.

They left a box outside my door. Anyone could have nicked it but I guess people realised the box said H&M on it.

Just phoned them and they said it's coming with Royal Mail. What the fuck are they playing at? Was sent on the 12th. I wouldn't send something costing £60 without tracking. Asking for trouble

they sended my stuff in germany without tracking and without signing for i got it from the post office and there is just a paper inside to pay, how the fuck they wanna know that i got it? anyways shit fits terrible so sended it back..
