Barclays managers all over the country wondering why they're inundated with twentysomething's wearing CP's and smelling of Wonderwood wanting 10k to upgrade the tiny kitchen in their flat 2 days before Christmas.

there'll no doubt be a few more coins going up in the new year, and surely ripple has to be next.

Ripple/XRP has the most potential out of any cryptocurrency, in my opinion:

- Heavyweight team operating as a proper company - not just some spotty nerds trying to 'make the world a better place' from their college dorms.
- Cryptocurrency that has a real world purpose and a value proposition to its target audience (mainly financial institutions and multinational companies dealing with multiple currencies, however also perfectly usable by Joe Public)
- An actual working product that is being used in the world today, right now - rather than just a pipe dream idea that will take years to code before being implemented
- Partnerships and connections with over 100 financial institutions
- None of BTC/ETH/LTCs scaling issues - can handle 1500 transfers per second and transfers take about 3 seconds to complete (contrast this to Bitcoin's current 234,000 unconfirmed transactions - which was 280,000 earlier)
- Amazing tech - their ledger/protocol is very advanced and can accommodate peer 2 peer lending, escrow, smart contracts, and allows value transfer beyond just the XRP currency (see world exchange link below)

I was looking at one of those, undecided on ledger vs TREZOR as I've read the ledger can't store too many wallets.

Going to cop the nano though based on usability and looks Cool

Where can I buy Ripple easily? Bitstamp seems to be having delays registering new users

Personally going for the Plumbus X. Heard they've made the dingle bop bigger and it smildges floops faster and the floob is wireless now.

Yes. Binance is one of the better exchanges out there at the minute. I think they've just overtaken Bittrex on volume so they are now also the most popular. Their app is pretty easy to use.

I used binance relatively easy, if you already have some btc. Cryptomate let's you buy with GBP but your paying extra for it.

This helped me

My somewhat longwinded method (for minimal fees) has been:

top up revolut
make SEPA transfer from Revolut to Iphold (1-3 working days)
buy litecoin on Uphold
Transfer Litecoin to shapeshift for ripple

All that for a fucking cryptocoinLaughing out loud

Quickesst and easiest (but most expensive by far) is buy on coinbase and then send to shapeshift

I find exchanges like binance a bit of an arse-around to deal with. You can get slightly better rates if you're patient though.

been in ripple since $0.18..not planning on letting go any time soon Ubercool
