With the obvious ongoing topic, I’m curious who has ‘underlying health’ issues on here?
I’m Type 1 Diabetic

Edit. But really I met some medical students in a bar the other night who said my massive finger nails are a sign of a heart condition, which I’m not sure if I should get checked out

I eat spam, bread and spinach most days to save money. I drink 1-2 six packs of beer a night, 47 years old, People say I look 30. in the gym I can run 6 kms on the treadmill at 12 km/h and not really feel it. If I don't hit the gym I start to get a beer gut. When I fuck girls they usually complain it goes too long, too much masturbation I guess coz they're usually so grateful after being fucked by me they're happy to give me their dirty undies as a reward on my request, then when they're not there I use em to… good effect?. ? But aerobically I can out-fuck most guys half my age. Mostly I pay but last girl I fucked was a 22 year old Chinese chick, cute too. Too bad she won't tell her family about me coz I'm way too old and she already has a guy she's gonna marry.
One doctor said she couldn't believe I was the age I am, another said drink less, one said keep doing what you're doing, another said get tested for iodine build up or some shit that makes you skinny. Dude doesn't know how hard I live, no snacks, no deserts, just three squares, beer and gym. doctors (and med students) are talking out of their ass and don't know shit about shit.
Fuck doctors, I won't be using one again, just live hard, know what your body needs (protein and basic vitamins) and don't be a princess about it.
I'll need dentists the next few years tho cos My teeth are fucked though, have baby teeth still there, a massive filling from route canal that needs a crown, exposed gums from too much brushing. No cavaties coz I'm very hygenic but brushed too hard in the past. Recommend soft brush, hold it like a pen, not a bike grip.
Mental health: I see 20:20 and have full situational awareness of the global conspiracy to mark me and others like me that threaten their new world order. I call shit out, I fight back in the culture war everyday in my workplace, other weaker and scared employees who agree with me secretly say I could lose my job, I see the culture war as too important to not fight it and counter all the PC new age bullshit. I literally fight on the street against the scum and the filth, look em in the eye and take em down if necessary. I used to be bullied and weak but now I'm a dungeon dragon. I have no fear of any living thing, even if it takes my life I'll have lived strong every day.
Other weak men need women and their family to support them> I never had it so I don't need it, I'm self sustaining, self motivating. A good woman is better than no woman but a bad woman is worse than no woman. A lot of my unhappily married friends could learn this from me.

I've recently found out that I have osteoarthritis in both hips - I'm 36.
My left side can be quite painful. I had a sore hip, hamstring, calf muscle etc for about 6 months. Thankfully it's not been too bad for the last couple of weeks. My right side is apparently in worse shape but I haven't had any pain there so far. I've been told that there's nothing they can do and I'll eventually need replacements.
Anyone else got this and have any advice? I'm still going about my daily routine, walking more than ever. Running/football and stuff like that is out but I can still cycle and golf.
Starting to feel old now.

Sorry to hear that. Got no real advice other than to say to keep doing the stuff you can still do. Was a period of my life where all I did was play golf and try and get my handicap down. Love golf.

Cheers! I'll keep as active as possible and try to do some strength training around my hips/legs as I believe that can help. I really need to educate myself on what to be doing.
The good news is that once the hips need replaced, it's a good prognosis. A lot of people can go on to have a decent quality of life. The consultant couldn't give me a time frame on when that might be needed - somewhere between 5 and 15 years seems likely.
I've just recently taken up golf - I find it very difficult but a good challenge. I'm shite at the moment but hit the odd decent shot. Need to get more consistent with the good shots.
