Good shout. to suggest a few more have a look at braintax his biro funk album is well worth a listen. very different style to jehst and skinnyman, a bit more upbeat (perhaps its just his northern twang) It all comed down to Taskforce though, ftw. Ive always been a huge fan of their sound something about it thats very rough and raw. Also ramson badbones is very good. did a track with taskforce that still has me in awe when i listen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARVj3F3bN_8 skip to 1.16 and 2.35 for the illness. Also ramson badbones did something with saminyam which was cool. Good to see albums still being put out.

Yeah checked out Birofunk. Pretty decent. Didn't realise he ran Low Life records
Also, checked DJ Louis Slippers' $10 bag volume 2 & heard a guy called Yungun. Never heard of him before but he's a proper wordsmith.
It's all pretty old, need to see what's new out there…

Can anyone recommend any good UK Hip Hop albums? Taskforce, Skinnyman etc.
Jehst is THE starting point for me, falling down is one of my personal fave. Go through youtube videos, check who's guesting on the songs and investigate from there.
