really feel like i am getting somewhere now tbh. have always struggled with rolling out the dough prior to toppings

kitchenaid obviously helps the kneading/mixing process

Anyone got a Delivita? https://www.delivita.co.uk/products/the-chili-red-oven#Features

Clay interior makes it sound even more legit Cool Though weighing in at 30kg, I'd hardly say that's portable Laughing out loud

Cutlery for all of us who aren’t savages. Everyone eating by hand is just secretly thinking they’re some extra in a NY film, grabbing a slice of ‘za

Swede - cheers, saw they had them at my local petrol station in the end Laughing out loud . Garlic bread looks OP. when I have tried it, it’s tended to dry out a bit more than that and not look as good. Did you add the butter/garlic mix toward the end or did it go in like that?

went in like that. just melted some butter with minced garlic cloves and chopped fresh parsley with a bit of salt and pepper

got a proper pizza dough proving box thing (basically a massive tupperware) and a dough cutter for christmas. has made transferring the balls so much easier when ready to make the pizzas Cool would recommend for the rest of the ooni crew
