You got a link for the proving box? Was looking at them a while back but they all looked to be overkill for 4 balls of dough. Dough cutter is a must though.

Just got my Ooni in, got the Karu 12.

Probably a stupid question but what accessoires are worth spending dough (no pun) on?
Feel like any old pizza peel would do but do reckon I might get the cover for it. Is an infrared thermometer helpful or is it overkill?

Can get IR thermometers fairly cheap on eBay. I haven't got one yet but am considering it.

I bought a Karu a couple of weeks ago. I bought the below accessories

Perforated peel - ebay
Turning peel - amazon
IR thermometer - amazon
Backpack cover to cover the Karu - amazon
Dough cutter - amazon

Spent about £70 in total

Also had a spare bbq cover so I use this on top to cover it

Let me know if you want links
