t’s a Weber bbq by the looks of things.

Made these on my ooni koda during the week, first of the year. Annoyingly caught a couple on the flame turning them, I’m going to order a new peel.

Goats cheese and caramelised onion, anchovies & capers, margarita, pepperoni and artichoke & sundried tomato with pesto.

Copped a Koda 12 at the start of the year and been having pizza night at least once a week to get the technique down - some of my latest efforts.

That´s a Weber Q Series gas bbq grill, with lid.
I have the larger version and also own the Weber pizza stone that you can put inside.
Works great, that´s why I haven´t bought an Ooni yet.
Pic from inside, made some steaks over the weekend:

Yeah I could get a 4.5kg patio gas but would need to pay for the “hire” of the canister and filling it up (~£60-70ish?). Feels unnecessary and still takes up space in the boot of the car
