Bought a pedigree pup mate, got paperwork going back 5 generations, Dad's hips are 1.1, with clear eyes, and was a search dog, a working shoot dog, and has won field trial awards, the Mum's hips are 2.4, clear eyes, was a working shoot dog, and won field trial awards.

It was between a Gold and a Choc, and that little one won me right over.

Rules must be abit more laid back up here, into the dog home, pick one, home an hour later.

Saw two different West Highland Terriers (in different cities) over the weekend, both muzzled - are they particularly dangerous dogs? Laughing out loud

Cheers, Home said 5 to 6 but the vet said 3 max so we have no idea. Bit of Jack, maybe a bit of Collie with those ears, quite long too for a Jack. Scar on her nose from a big dog attack in the home. Got her a couple of Barbour's as well for the winter walks Cool

Thanks, The missus went and said any female who goes in there will leave with a dog FACT.

Just realised both my answers have 'thanks' and 'cheers' like I've actually achieved or produced something Laughing out loud

Blimey round ere you have to be vetted and have several home visits before they even consider letting you adopt a dog
