If I bought from the education store, would it be possible to claim back VAT as business expense?
Has anyone done this before?

Has anyone used Maple UK? http://www.mapleuk.co.uk/apple-12-c.asp

Prices seem good but I can't find much online about them, apart from some very impressive reviews

Planning on getting a new MacBook in the next couple of weeks in Tokyo before I go to London, but there is an update due soon.
They seem to offer a 2 week(ish) overlap of release dates and let you upgrade to the newer model.
My question is do you think If I bought one in Japan (before the releases), they would switch it over in London To a new one after the update?

Don't think so as it would have an international keyboard layout instead of a UK one. Also they will not exchange if it's a CTO order.

iphoto is driving me insane…
i took some pictures on my camera… put the SD card into my macbook… imported into iphoto…

i want to locate the jpgs and upload onto photobucket and move the files into a different folder…

making me want to self harm how awkward it's being

Don't use iphoto. Image capture.
