main local boozer is the dog or the mitre

Both Tettenhall right (the pubs, obviously WV4 isn't!)?

I'm WV3 close to the city centre, though hoping to move over to Brum in the coming months

getting an apartment in that place is nigh on like getting a spot on gattaca, 3 current resident recommendations make it so they only look after their own kind.
My mate got kicked out of our halls and moved into his dad's place at the Barbican, was a pretty sweet place but like you said it's a clique atmosphere

Barbican would be my dream flat location right about now, it's a minute walk from work too.

Yeah you are right, The Dog is just off Wergs Road and The Mitre is on the green, both Tettenhall.

theres always somewhere to park there tho, the harrods shout was just saying how far the permit goes. so you can go loads of places and just pull up and enjoy ldn (sic)

Can't disagree with that, but if money's an issue then Kensal Rise/Queens Park is so on the up'n'up it's an option
