I admit i have been a little rash in the past, but i now have a clear road map. Nobody will be laughing when im a millionaire in 5 ish years. im giving someone the chance to come in right now. Not sure exactly what i can offer as security, but can sort something out.

If you sold then bought 3 yrs ago, and these folk are doing the same then it's all even - it's called trading in the same market. Unless you're selling up and moving up north/out of London/SE bubble..

That's my aim, but here then move back up North in a few years.
