I'd love to see some fukers punting cereal bags of zoot to their local drug dealers.
What's the feeling on the buy to let market at the minute? I need to shift money from my account now. Most mortgages (BTL) are asking 25% deposit and 125% monthly rental. I already have one property on a residential mortgage (but rented) in the process of changing that though. Just need another option of investment at the minute.
anyone that owns a property, and wants extra money should just grow weed, I mean not talking mega bucks but for next to no investment and very low risk it's worth it. money does grow on trees

hehe when I said not mega bucks, I mean opposed to say coke money. not guna be rolling round in G class's etc.. but still, I didn't think if you have say 40 plants, each coming out with 2/3oz at 200 a pop, 4 times a year. that's 80-100g's. a lot more money than I did think. only ever done small scale myself
