I'm going fake grass.

Tried for the last 3 years to get decent lawn and its not happening. Sick of looking out the back at a threadbare muddy shitpatch and the nippers needing to wear wellies to go outside. Even called in the pros to sort it and it's still shit.

Not interested in wood tiles though.

Getting a 'rug' made out of it for outside when the kids come over..

Convincing and soft but not actually grass. I couldn't do it. Fair play as a last resort though.

New windows finally going in at my place after a year of sourching/planning! 8 box sash and a casement ended up going with Ventrolla in the end, very impressed so far, they look superb. Full house is like a workshop, assembled and putty glazed on site Cool

Will get some pics up once done.

Yeah mate, managed to get them passed by planing in the end as I was stuck between building regs and listed building consent, they are slimline double though and the front is slimmer than the rear windows.

Best floor lamp hands down in my opinion is the Louis Poulsen AJ above, jielde is cool but I'd rather sacrifice 'loudness' on something like a floor lamp for something sleeker (especially if you have a lot of intricate pieces of furniture). Smaller jielde as a table lamp looks better proportion-wise also in my opinion
