Moved house over the weekend. Other half is getting a dressing room, I'm getting a man cave. Want a nice comfy chair/armchair to put in the corner. It's a small room. Any inspiration guys?

I need to do something with my patio, does any on have any experience with decking?
Currently it is just 15mm slabs I want to double the size of the patio but do it as cheap as possible.
I like the look of these cheap decking tiles from ikea.

http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/categories/departments/outdoor/21957/

Do these need to be laid on a solid floor? Ie: Would I need to extend the patio slabs to lay the decking on top, or could it be done with sand and tarp or something?

Think you would need to build a base to set that on russ, its designed to be laid on solid floors like a balcony, I think if you laid it over a patio it would never look good as it would likely never sit perfectly flat.

to do a deck is pretty basic if you have the tools especially if you have a level patio to build frame off already.

A friend of mine makes these in Canada but ships internationally.

Ikea have various shoe storage units in a similar style to the one Russ posted: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/categories/departments/hallway/10456/

I use under bed drawers on little wheels, for shoes I don't wear often..

Then just wicker baskets for day to day shoes..

Has anyone got a link for those clear acrylic shoe boxes?
