Cheers Nick. I'll take a look. I've got the Noritsuga Oda book. He apparently owns the largest collection of Finn Juhl furniture in the world (150 + pieces) he's also a serious Wegner collector with over 100 pieces of which he's also written a book , "100 Chairs". Would recommend both although the text is Japanese with brief descriptions in English but I'm guessing that you've probably already got them Smiling

Anyone bought from made.com? Need an extending dining table and like this for £599.

Any suggestions for other places to look at similar price?

My brother bought some bits from Made, took an age to arrive. Haven't seen the pieces in person so can't comment on quality.

Need a leather indoor bench, no longer than 1.1m something like below at a reasonable price. Any sites worth looking at?

anyone up north looking for ideas and suppliers of european brands should go to

http://www.redbrickmill.co.uk/

the place is huge, amazing showroom featuring expansive Boconcept, Hulsta, Vitra and Calligaris etc, went there this weekend and was amazed.

Also didnt realise but they have a made.com showroom there to see the stuff in advance plus a Heal's instore which isnt around these parts since Manchester closed down.

Lighting is also great, full Tom Dixon setup, bespoke neons made to order and a big Feather and Blacks for beds etc

well well worth a look.

I go there all the time I bought a load of cushions from Bo concept he other day for peanuts, think the small ones where £11 and the large ones £16 that was about 75% off even if I get sick of them for that kind of money it doesn't matter! They had a few left too if anyone's going

There is also an heals in there and http://www.funktionalley.com are based there

Anyone recommend a basic 'lamp' which is just a plain cord with a bulb fixture on one end and a plug on the other? Similar to this:

Cheers Mookie, seems a bit expensive for what it is but otherwise could work. Apparently they've got a showroom in Clerkenwell, may well go down and have a look.
