The price of that cool house in the USA probably says more about the state of the housing market than anything else.

And mil those houses have nothing to do with the specs of public buildings. The 'no bullshit' approach is essentially what modernism is.

That's cool, my dad works for the north west group. Some of the places they go on tours / visits to are Laughing out loud

Obviously extras if there are access issues which need scaffolding, and if any of the other fittings are damaged and need replacing.

I'm sure you don't need telling but make sure you get a HETAS reg'd bloke, and shop around for quotes as some of them take the piss on pricing as HETAS people aren't that common.

Haven't had my membership for a couple of years now. They do great work and the publications are interesting reading too. Will definitely renew in new year

Any got a hang it all for sale? Friend wants one and said I'd ask before they buy.

Also I want an eames aluminium chair, where are good places to look for second hand (fine with any generation of ICF / Vitra etc)
