you could do quite a few simple things to section off the bedroom area,so its not totally on show all the time, even something like these are a good short term solution, I imagine these or this kind of thing must be available here.

in terms of heating is the rest of the building occupied?if so winter likely less of an issue as you get the benifit of heat rising in from rest of building.

yeah, just went to my mate to check everything again.
everything is newly built and the door and windows seem to be excellent sealed, his costs over the last year were ok too and he heated pretty heavy.

the molo softwall looks great, but i think it's a bit pricey (2k) for the cause.
Thought about those industrial pvc stripes you see in lots of shops and restaurants or some other curtain combination when i actually need it.

this probably one of the best house they have had up for years! I imagine it has some costly hidden gremlins tied in with its listed status but its near perfect and in that setting!

Sofas. Large, preferably corner
Nothing with a low back. Hay Mags looks good but uncomfy.
What do people recommend?
Budget can extend to around 2k.

Honestly the nicest I've seen is this: http://www.made.com/monterosso-right-hand-facing-corner-sofa-oyster-grey-1
But 14 week wait…
