If it's earthenware that you like there are a few nice pieces on Etsy:

might not be the best spot to ask - but can someone link me to some resources on how to build outdoor benches/a table out of wood?

got quite a small private terrace at our new place and want to make the most of the space by getting something with bespoke measurements in.. i'd pay a carpenter, but this sort of thing isn't that hard to do yourself (I did pay a carpenter to do our fitted wardrobe), I also fancy a bit of a project

my girlfriend's dad is very good with stuff like this (made a little wooden outhouse at his place) and has adequate tools etc. he would be able to lend a hand too

try either of these 2 books the instructions are basic but I think clear enough, I built a few chairs from the rietveld book over the summer.

Anyone ever knocked through the interior walls and replaced the staircase in a traditional two-up two-down? Cost? Hassle?

You wish your TV was as good as mine. This is why (some proper captures I did, not the flared out mess my camera shows in the above pic):

For the content I want to watch (old content) NOTHING will ever beat a well calibrated late widescreen made in Japan Sony CRT with Super hi fine pitch comb filter. Your TV sucks and you can't understand home video at all unless you see it.

YOu fucking suck but you don't even know. Best thing is I paid $100 for my TV.

Haven't had the staircase done but had a couple of walls knocked through last year (two different rooms). One was 4.5k and the other 3.5k including the steels and building work. It's a hassle in that huge amounts of dust come out of the walls but was actually relatively quick (walls down in a day, steels inserted another day).

Anyone link me up to a sure shot product to get rid of moths? They are doing my nut in. Got cedar hangers n that. Need something to make them go forever. So link me to one of those bombs that gas the house out and need to stay out of it for 24+ hours so I’m not running about fucking clapping to kill them every day would appreciate.

Anyone?

Also, I'm looking at buying a sideboard and would be great to have some suggestions. Looking at a teak/G plan but interested in other styles in similar vein to the table above.
