Comfortable and small desk + chair for working from home?
Needs to be suitable for the side of my living room + ideally hold some of its value until we're out of this…

I would recommend the paulin tanis desk (reedition from ligne roset)

It is compact, very good looking and will hold well its value.

not a bad shout, but if i were you, i'd probably spend a little more than £1500 on something a bit more high end. You'll be using it for at least 3 more weeks afterall

I bought a pasting table for a tenner, I’m going to repurpose it as a temp office desk before I attempt some wallpapering

Anything between a £10 table that folds into a briefcase, and a £1.5k made.com look-a-like?

What dimensions Andrew? I just got some trestle legs and desktop from Ikea. No nonsense and under £50.

ironing board and a chair, integrated mouse matt, you can alter the height and be one of those knobs with the standy up desks too.

I just use the tables you connect to 4x2 vertical kallax.

Just don’t put a cup of tea on and then have the whole fucking iron board collapse and send the tea flying through the air. Luckily missed my computer but went all over the bloody rug. Got to laugh at it though.
