You going to put a higher fence in at the sides by the house? Any issues with the neighbors? Stoney literally looking down on his neighbours in the garden from the deck as well
Yeah elevated fence going in on both sides. One neighbour is set back the other side are about to extend so no privacy issues.

We're moving into a new build in the next few months, and the mrs wants Amtico Spacia pale ash parquet LVT downstairs:

I've just been quoted £4.5k for around 55 sqm, fitting included by an authorised Amtico stockist.
Don't mind paying for Amtico, as it is always listed by sales agents when selling but if there is a product that is cheaper with similar quality that fukers would suggest would be great to hear.

Any recommendations for a dining table and chairs? Around a grand.

We have Karndean in the kitchen from the previous owner and have zero issues/no complaints. Very hard wearing and handles the dog paws well.
On the subject of flooring, what type of hard solid wood is best for dogs? Would parquet stand the test of time and would it have to be regularly maintained, e.g. oiled regularly to protect it?
