Anyone extended underground drainage before, how costly is it?

Want to remove a macerator toilet from upstairs and put in a new wc in a similar location. I'm guessing the reason it has the macerator is due to difficulty getting to the drain (old 19th century)and last update poss early 90's.

Anyway of locating original plans pre-sale?

Depends on how far you need to dig? Where’s the toilet in relation to the outside drainage? If it’s in the other side of the house then it’ll be quite costly as you’ll need to dig through the house. So have to factor in new flooring into the mix as well.

Heals, Swoon, whatever but sales deffo. Can’t drop more than a grand.
Any recs for good furniture not MDF at decent prices?

MUJI doesn’t have much.

Bought some other bits ironically last week but the tables and media units are non existent for what I need. Cheers.

The Modern House recently launched Inigo - https://inigo.com/ which is geared towards period properties - might get some inspiration from there?

Recommendations for a good quality outdoor dining set? Table and 4-6 chairs, ideally with table legs that can be folded away/chairs that can be stacked or folded for storage, but not essential.

I have an Athena by Emu with 6 matching stacking chairs on my balcony. Mine it's steel and
extendable but there are plenty of other options. Not cheap, but quality is great.
