Nice set up MIL.
I heard about EIZO monitors. Aesthetically they look from the early 00's but they are used by film producers etc. because of the vivid colours. A bit like the Pioneer Kuro of Monitors.

You could have just said you have it because it's made in Japan, since I imagine you don't need it for your data entry job and can't picture you using Photoshop much.
It's a monster with a thick bezel because it's old since you can get $3k 4k Eizo monitors these days..
It'll be outperformed visually by pretty much any modern OLED.
