yeah can understand it's a bit of a faff, but it seems a shame to spoil the looks of the iPhone with a case so never got one, always used a screen protector and pouch Eye-wink (no homo)

edit. see above (or below).

How would I go about unlocking a 3GS on the Vodafone network - is it a simple (e.g Can I get it done within 24hrs) and cheap thing to do?

give vodafone a dingle, from past experience they do unlock sometimes for a fee or like I managed free but this on a n97 years ago.

an official carrier unlock is better than the jailbreak version if you can get it done.

How can you view picture properties when browsing on an iPhone. Is there any tricks that mimic the right click function?

I've just deleted that alarm and added a new one…is that the right thing to do?

I'm hearing that reoccurring alarms seems to be fucking up, but not single alarms. Looks like there wont be a fix until the new OS update, either

Trying to transfer everything from my iPhone 3GS to my iPhone 4 at the moment. Spoke to someone in Apple and they said that I had to connect my old iPhone to iTunes and click 'backup' which is supposed to be under the summary section above restore, but there's actually a check for update button there instead, so anyone know how I actually backup the phone?

Left-hand side, under 'Devices' where it lists your iPhone by name or whatever, right-click it and hit 'Back up'.
