Some of the icons look like shit. Don't understand why they put those terrible gradients on some of them.

Replaced my 5 and the new one came with this wack ass, Microsoft word looking operating software.
Ios7 is complete fucking shit, anyone who says it's not is a liar.
It looks like Nokia operating software.
A perfect match for the iPhone cheap but far from a luxury top end phone OS which we've come to expect from apple ever since the iPhones launch.

I like iOS 7 more than iOS 6 and any of it's predecessors strictly from a user's point of view. That extra control centre menu means I don't have to jailbreak my phone to get wifi toggle on the fly. Lock orientation and DND toggle are a nice touch too as I use those a lot. Also like having the mobile data menu within first page of settings and near the top. Lots of little improvements like that make it. Oh and closing apps is much easier and faster (can even close three at a time).

Feels like a new phone.

Agree that the new features are great, I'm just not sold on the look. It's the right direction, but it's executed poorly.

02 are useless. Don't get 3G where I live so phoned to get PAC - just saying phone later and cuts off…

02 better than EE and 3, but can see 02 messing up with 4g.

Buy outright and Giffgaff is the best choice if you're not bothered about 4G. If you are then three £15 all in one is the next best. O2 refresh seems incredibly expensive as they're charging you £600 for the 5S over the the contract period on top of the monthly tariff.

Giffgaff are crap. Had decent signal with them (O2) but any problems you get you have to email a member to get an answer which takes 24hrs, and then if theyve not sovled it it takes another 24hrs to get anything out of anyone. Annoying.

I was incredibly impressed with the service from O2 when I did that cheap refresh deal on the iphone 5.
Phone answered quickly by someone who spoke fluent English, everything dealt with quickly and efficiently. Given how many people were calling for the same thing they could have got arsey but didn't.
Also note they are still offering more to buy back my phone than it cost me Smiling

Only time I've ever contacted a mobile operator was for a PAC code. Never needed support.
