To change from the iPhone there has to something really hugely more appealing to swap. Samsung with all their features did nothing for me because they were so ugly. Sony just seems like a backwards company these days.

Whats the best price on a 6 contract knocking about. Needs price point and build quality to score.

Currently on 3 unlimited errythang for £15/month. I would buy outright but I'm skint and to stay with 3 is £45/month and £100 upfront..but they are getting rid of unlimited tethering and capping it a 2gig (they tried to keep that one hush)

Saw Jordans £39 O2 deal few pages back but can't see that on their site.

I saw a chart somewhere giving you total payments etc obviously the more you pay for the handset the better the deal.
I went for the 64g on O2 payed £199 for the phone and £38 a month that's unlimited calls and text 2gig usage it was a fiver more for 5gig

You can buy a 6 from gifgaf and pay for it monthly with no obligation to carry on buying goodybags. So effectively getting it on finance with minimal interest. £50 upfront and £22.39 for 24 months unlocked, no contract for mins/data etc.

Do you know if this is for all contracts on 3 or just your particular one?

All iphone contracts for sure, but think it might be for all new contracts taken out (double check). I called them and their reasoning was that a number of customers had abused the fair usage policy.

If it's for existing customers too, they're getting left ASAP.

any sim only plans that let you tether your iphone to laptop? as of this month three have stopped letting me do this without purchasing a tethering add on (im on unlimited data) Cry

or any work around? So wrong to have to pay for tethering, its using the same data just on a bigger screen, cunts.

didnt even read your post paint, im on 3 as well (monthly sim). Is it just capped to 2gb? I can deal with that.. Must have just used up my allowance.

Only noticed it as I was trying to watch the footie on my laptop whilst on the train the other day. Didnt read through the whole message was just fucked off.

I'll be pissed if they cap mine now after telling me they weren't. Yeah think it will be 2gig cap and £5 per gig after that.

Is it just the change to tethering or all use of internet?

If they amend the contracts then I think they must give the appropriate notice and then you should be given the opportunity to cancel without penalty. Due to this I would imagine they would apply any change to new contracts and let their current one's run their course. Fuckers if it is like, I just signed with them 6 months ago on the basis of their unlimited claim.

Mute switch doesn't work on my 6. Gonna switch it for a new one, but a pain in the arse all the same. Still, this aside it seems pretty good to me - seems the vast majority of the critics agree too - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tech/review/a598452/apple-iphone-6-review-you-guessed-it-the-best-phone-on-sale-today.html#~oQOEg3vvM4Z5ZL

You got a Z3? They do look far superior to all the latest Apple offerings.
Nope LG, most ridiculous screen out there. tbh you'd be splitting hairs between all the Android flagships, right now I'd get the Z3 but give it a few months that'll change

Didn't mean to start a geek debate. Just meant the new one is shit and so I'm choosing the 5s. No way on earth I'd go android, just not in my person.
