Got a few things from tenso last few months usually dispatched Friday arrived Monday. Did my first zenmarket and had nothing no tracking updates since 28th. They usually take longer?

What did you use for delivery. Just shoot them a message.

Is Zenmarket the way go to now that Stephen can't mark down anymore?

Zenmarket is certified, have used them for years and always marked down / never had an issue. Flat commission rate too.

Can confirm on Zen. Have had a few over 1K parcels without any customs charges. Use FEDEX though.

I have ordered two packages from zenmarket recently and they do it themselves. Not sure if you can do something yourself.

When creating the package, you ask them to adjust the value.

You buy the stuff.
Then it goes to their warehouse.
Then when you're ready to ship it you build a package and you have the option then to set the declared value.

Wot Sholto said. I always use Fedex. Declare value at 1200 JPY or so.

FedEx here as well. Never had issues in over a dozen packages.

Mustve been completely oblivious to this, thank god they did mark it down themselves.

Had three packages off them last couple of weeks. Once you message they’ll mark down.

As Disco mentioned use FEDEX. Also asked them to remove the label but they didn’t on 2/3 packages, thankfully FEDEX didn’t open.

Yeah the value declaration is on the page before you make payment. I missed it one time, tried to message them afterwards but they were too quick in posting it out and got stung. Fortunately, it wasn't a high ticket item.

Lesson to be learnt, when you're in the process of paying for the shipment, don't be so eager to hit that pay button!

I’m in Europe. I find if you put a nominal amount, 40/50euro on the package and pay the FEDEX fee they’ll push through whereas I’ve used EMS in the past and the package has been opened by local delivery and I’ve been hit with higher custom charges. UK may be different.

No reason other than I've had a good run and don't want to jinx it. Plus it is quick as well.
