Got a Vis Harrier BNWT in season for about £1000. It's £3145 on Mr Porter.

For second hand, the best option is From Japan as it aggregates sales from Rakuten and Yahoo Auctions. Not sure if there is a Lyst type site in Japan. Maybe Zozotown or Rakuten itself, but that is more like a marketplace than an aggregateor.
Let me know what you are looking for brand wise and I may be able to suggest some suitable places.

Other than the shipping costs etc. 300 yen a. Item which is about £2. You'll pay a mandatory insurance fee if you mark down but it is cheapest by far.

Hold up, so you can't mark down anymore? I know you said new customers but can anyone confirm if this if you're a regular user?. Not that I have an account but probably avoid now.

I’ve had a parcel arrive this week that I was allowed to mark down on (upto a minimum of 10% of the item value). However when I tried to do the same with a second parcel yesterday I received the following message:
“Thank you for choosing our service.
Regrettably, it is no longer possible to lower the declared value for the shipping method you selected for your parcel. Due to external factors we were forced to change the policy of our company, from now and on declared value for some shipping methods cannot be changed”.
I’m waiting to hear back on which shipping options this doesn’t affect, so will post an update when I get a reply

I used FedEx too mate - I was the same, had one last week which was fine
Hanto, don’t suppose you’ve across a JP Lyst/shopstyle equivalent? Something that aggregates stuff from different shops. Hunting down a couple of brands atm and some of the individual shop websites are a bit mad

The savings sound interesting to say the least, thanks to those of you who answered, how much do you have to pay your Japanese proxies to send the clobber over?

As Hanto says, you just gotta use zenmarket.jp, who charge a flat handling fee of 300 yen. There are other sites like buyee but as far as I remember they charge a % fee so the fee can get much stepper.

So. I can confirm you can definitely still mark down on Zenmarket via Fedex but I think there is now a cap of no less than 10% of the original value of the item. Not ideal but is definitely the next best thing.
Unless it's always been there and I've missed it, but I can't think it's been there before.

I used zenmarket - wouldnt let me mark down as I was a new customer but shipped it through fedex and it didnt get picked up my customs!
