What's the fit like on them? They look really good, nice alternative to Howlin.

Loads of alternatives mate - try Harley of Scotland or Laurece J Odie - Odie made the J Smith jumpers for Superdenim a few years back - you have to phone them up and ask what shop stock they've got. They normally sell them for about £35 for made in Scotland shetland wool jumpers!

I'd recommend their madrass shirts as well - one of the best in the business. Even in winter they look really good under jumpers.

They're fairly fitted. I bought a size 1, I'm typically a small in most things and they fit me perfectly. Will try and get a fit pic up

I've got the Navy Crewneck in Off-White. Heaviest knit i've ever handled. Top quality. I reckon they fit a touch larger than TTS. I'm a size 3 in Nonnative, Visvim etc and went with an M.

Any of the basic stores (Uniqlo / Arket) etc doing a longsleeved cashmere polo?

Like a John Smedley Lanlay, without the price tag.

Bump. Anyone comment on Leith shetland sizing? 38 ins (size 1) is the smallest they go but are they roomy and do they compare size wise to other similar brand Shetland manufacturers?

Thanks.

Not seen any. Remember Gap 10 years ago doing a really good no nonsense Merino with a good colouring, normal crew neck and sleeves that lasted ages. Since then they've been cheap looking.

Uniqlo is probably still the best bet for 100% merino, the rest are blended from what I've seen so far.
