Cool, cheers. I'm in Edinburgh so could go to Dicks but want one in grey which they don't seem to stock. Might just pop down anyway.

I was at their Copenhagen store/hq a week or so back after recommendations in this thread.
It's a pretty small operation. Handful of people. Wouldn't be surprised if Norse was a bit easier to deal with in regards to returns/shipping.

Awaiting a 4ply rollneck by William Lockie for Fransboone, bit steep but tried a cheaper Aero one recently and the rollneck seemed too high but the will was do soft. North sea clothing look a good compromise but the massive ribbing looks too nautical.

Looking for cheaper alternatives to this:

Ideally cashmere but doesn't have to be.

Brora do cashmere ribbed jumpers, not sure about roll necks though.

Peregrine had some not dissimilar merino stuff when I was looking the other day.

Rating the Frans Boone x Williams Lockie rollneck. Quite a slim fit (as I think this style should be) and Geelong lambswool so super soft, probably better than cheap Cashmere.

This Remi Relief cashmere one looks nice for a Large, one to add to the watchlist at least

https://www.yoox.com/uk/39980871TG/item#dept=men&sts;=sr_men80&cod10;=39980871TG&sizeId;=6&sizeName;=L

(some of their stuff is small to size but found this elsewhere and it looks like TTS or even a bit relaxed for a large)

Anyone spot any good black Friday deals on knitwear?

I'm thinking of getting a jumper from A days March but there are unlikely to be any codes.

Always impressed by how warm and wind resistant the SNS Stark range is.

Often able to go out with just a T and a knit in winter.

Any brands of equivalent quality that aren't megabucks?

Andersen Andersen, not cheap but one of the best quality knits I've had, one for severe winter.

The cos cashmere rib is good value, nice shape and comfy, if like last years, looks the same.
