P2 - Actually a decent thriller film. Strong suspense and build up to begin with and managed to retain it throughout the film. A couple of "you should've done that instead…" moments, but overall an intelligent film. Also has one of the best killing of dog scenes I've seen, not that I condone the murder of animals Eye-wink Who'd have thought a parking lot could be such a scary place…

juno - rubbish. didn't give a fuck about anybody in it, sickly storyline, irritating dialogue. i am just not 'getting' any of the popular films from the last 18 months.

Just watched ..

The Mist

Oh my, as if this film snook up on me and entered one of my all time favourites films!

LOVED IT!!!

Loved it reference to one of the greatest computer games ever(no geek honest), loved the characters and its suggestions on what people do under pressure or in conflict. Loved teh slow mysterious start, the various twists and turns ALL OF IT.

Fuck I want to watch it again

Unearthed - Wow, contender for worst horror film alongside The Tripper… at least in this the actors looked like they were trying…

The Marsh - Usual cliche horror film, restless ghosts haunting some womans life in a house… had a good "story" but was severely let down by the script. Not even Forest Whitaker could save this film.

Jumper - poor in my opinion, was waiting for it to end and then it did pretty quickly.

Isn't the producer the same bloke who did Pans Labyrinth? If so then I don't think he needs his movie pimping.

Roman de gare - good performance from Dominique Pinon, nice little homage to Rendezvous (if you can have a homage to one of your own films), interesting plot

Hitman - Huge fan of the game and I felt they did a game to movie conversion, certainly one of the better ones. But I couldn't help feel that they didn't do the game much justice. Oh how I wish they had cast an English actor to play Agent 47. I wish it kinda played on his past a bit more… I've read that the directors cut is a lot better, and the alternative ending seems to match the darker tone of the game, instead of giving into Hollywood.
