The Orphanage- Great, great film. More Amenabar's The Others than Del Toro's output which is why I liked it. Nice boo scare in it too, and that freaky sack mask kid….nasty.

[REC]- Fucking hell. Horror film of the century. Romero fuck off, Cloverfield fuck off. Absolutely, jawdroppingly good.

The last 15 minutes reminded me of some of Chris Cunninghams work. Cool

Fuck yes. Absolutely horrific. Haven't been that creeped out since the nasty little fuck in Roeg's Don't Look Now (watch that if you haven't seen it). Would be interesting to see what the sound design is like in the cinema, bloody cacophonous watching it on a laptop.

The one thing for me that let down rec and its a really little thing but the ending, the final actual scene. YOu know the one i mean. Bu like rir said the last 15minutes up stairs is brilliant.

I haven't Noble. I'll try to get a hold of it. His stuff is pure gold.

Yeah, I was left wondering what happened at the party…
Alison Steadman (Bev) is a hoot.

Really? Too obvious? I guess I kind of wasn't surprised they way it ended based on the shot. I guess I was just too blown away by everything else to register it.
