i loved it. it is pretty crazy (as are all gaspar noe films) but well worth it!

Hold on. So, I hate to be all highbrow but… does he knob his sister?

Without a doubt one of the weirdest/visually stunning films I have ever seen. Definitely worth the watch…

just realized he did dancer in the dark as well - probably the most depressing film ive seen in my life actually refuse to see it again.
worth a watch, he's banned from cannes for making a hitler joke Laughing out loud

Dancer in the Dark sat on top of my DVD player for about 3 weeks before I sent it back without watching Laughing out loud . I think i might have played the first 5 minutes on but wasn't feeling it. Despite it being depressing, is it any good?

The only other film of his I've seen was Irreversible, which I thought was genius if a little gratuitous in places (extended rape scene).

watched the hurt locker on 4 last night for the first time, dont usually do war films. but it was excellent.
anyone a bit of an expert on that film?
cos i didnt understand who the proffeser was and what did he have to do with beckham, when the dvd seller took the main nutter and said its where beckham lives?
what was that bit about, did the driver just lie and it was just a normal bods house?

I assumed it was just that the DVD seller had taken him to a random house (or possibly a "specifically random" house where he knew the soldier would come to no harm) to get out of the situation.

I thought the boy on the table wasn't the original boy, the guy was just going crazy and making up connections in his head. Been a while since a saw it though.

could of well been that cos it was hard to tell if the boy on the table was beckham cos he was covered in blood, and they way he ignored the boy at the end i just presumed they ahd brought another one in and he had a ball as well.
