Probably not to everyone's taste but thought I'd post it for anyone in to French New Wave. I've been slowly working my way through Eric Rohmer's Six Morals, 6 short films all excellent and ready on YouTube. I highly recommend 'My Night At Maud's' and 'La Collectionneuse'.

ah oki. thanks for checking.
i feel as though i've been cheated of winter this year so the film helped to fill that void somewhat. may pop round the neighboor's to play some snowboarding games to keep the sensation going.

Worse, he switches between his terrible nasal american accent and his standard English, and then at some point in the film someone calls him a limey bastard which just made it even more confusing!

Hereafter - came from lovefilm I'd never heard of it. Pretty good! First five minutes was a bit suprising too.

Hereafter is a 2010 American Supernatural drama and Fantasy film directed by Clint Eastwood, written by Peter Morgan and produced by Steven Spielberg. The film tells three parallel stories about three people affected by death in similar ways - all three have issues of communicating with the dead.

Haha. To be fair it has got fairly decent reviews so far, even if the trailer does looks spasticated.

Saw The Descendants, was enjoyable. Clooney is in almost every shot of the film, he does a good job.
