Cinema online booking says Wolf of Wall Street has 2D & 3D options, I wasn't aware of this.

Worth seeing it in 3D?

I'm pretty sure that's a mistake in the listings.

Started Inside Llewyn Davis last night and didnt get on with it at all. In fact I got bored and fucked it off after an hour. Could not take Timberlake seriously thought he was taking the piss, like he was on SNL. Might go back and try the second hour and may change my mind but the first half did fuck all.

Thanks I wont bother now. Not a single character had any likeable quality in that first half hour. Honestly was cringing everytime Timerlake was on screen especially the singing scenes. It all just felt very 'Wet'.

Wolf of Wall Street:

Echo what has been said, it's bloody good with a large number of very memorable scenes.
If you love Scorsese then you will love this.
Leonardo is bloody good, especially whilst playing the slurring off his head junkie.
Jonah hill is also great.
Felt a bit like a goodfellas reskin, in a good way. Narration could easily be ray lilotta and the tempo and storyline move along in the same way.
The common theme of greed that both these movies share is what Scorsese does best wether in the guise of the mob or the world of finance.
Anyway just my views, goodfellas is better of course, oscars to be won here? Probably
Best scene for me, Matthew mcconaughey lunch date or lemmons. The acting by Leonardo in the motivational speeches was also top notch.
Go fukin see it.

I went to see Wolf of Wall Street yesterdy too! I am a big Scorsese fan and it didn't disappoint! Best film I have seen for a long while!
I agree with Fuzzyduck about the Goodfellas reskin, Jonah Hill had me laughing my ass off every time he came on the screen in much the same way as Joe Pesci in Goodfellas!
Someone said not to watch it in the cinema as it dragged, I couldn't disegree more, it didn't feel like a 3 hour film to me at all!
Fuck cineworld though, picture went off for about 5 mins just as he fell unconscious after taking the lemons, thought it was part of the movie at first! Got some free tickets out it, but need to buy and watch again now!

Last Scorsese film I saw at the cinema was The Departed, and that started without sound! Missed all Jacks opening monologue Laughing out loud Cineworld wankers

Speaking of which, saw lone survivor yesterday, definitely one of his better films. Well worth a watch.

Also watched Blackfish and the cove at the weekend. Whilst Blackfish was good and focused primarily on Orcas, the cove definitely dealt more with the bigger picture. Content in both was equally shocking. Blackfish pulled on the heartstrings more.

Lone Survivor . Have to admit that I was surprised Peter Berg made a film this good, maybe I shouldn't of been after friday night lights though as a lot of the camera work and music were similar, I wish someone would of warned me about the ending though as actual pictures of dead soldiers from that op is a lot to take.

Wolf of Wall St . Scorcese made a film that has the energy of a filmaker half his age, the lemon qualude scene is amazing and took a fucking week to shoot, de caprio would be my last choice as an actor to play Jordan Belfort so I can only imagine that scorcese uses the talentless fuck because the studios give him a ton of money to do so, very good film even better book.

if it took them a week to film why was the continuity so bad?
when he is trying to get down the steps, from one angle there are 10+ steps and then from the establishing shot there are clearly 6 steps.
all the way through the film there was shocking continuity.
