These are off the top of my head right now so obviously made an impression. Here goes!

Whiplash
Black Swan
Inception
The Intouchables
Hacksaw Ridge
Joker
The Big Short
The wolf of wallstreet
Dunkirk
Blade Runner*

No room for Avengers or marvel bollocks. They're all shit. Sticking out tongue

*would like to put Birdman in place of this one but it was close.

Interstellar was dissapointing. I thought Gravity (2013) was good

I enjoyed Gravity at the cinema. It was visually stunning but other than using the emptiness of space and the stories of astronauts lives back home to pull on its viewers hearts strings, it didn't really grip me and found it all pretty one-dimensional, which is never good for a sci-fi movie. Interstellar was much much more than this. It posed many more questions to the viewer on something we will never understand in our small lifetime. It was everything I had hoped from a good sci-fi flick and in my opinion a thought-provoking masterpiece.

Oh and just realised three of my movie choices of the last decade are by Nolan. A previous decade list would definitely have at least 2 of his movies in my top 10. He is the Spielberg of our time.
